ASPHALT DRIVEWAYS

Asphalt driveways should be attractive, durable and drain water.

The asphalting procedure is separated into two stages, preparation and asphalt paving.
During the preparation stage we will excavate any excessive dirt to ensure we can install a suitably deep foundation. We will then install a crushed rock foundation that will provide a hard surface to pave asphalt onto. We will also build in a slight slope into the foundation to ensure the final surface will shed water and puddles will not form.

The asphalting paving stage consists of spreading the asphalt on to the foundation and compacting the asphalt into a smooth black surface.
